The experience was frustrating, they were always wanting more documents from me, I guess the "no income verifications" loan mess made everyone over cautious.
Ive worked in banking myself for 30 plus years and the process should have been smoother.

Most of my experience was going well at the beginning. The recommended real estate agent passed me to two other people and the response time was delayed. When the closing came near it seemed that professionalism was lacking.
