Not sure if it's so many new hires, or the fact that the housing market has picked up and VU just doesn't have the resources, but in comparison to my first house it was night and day. That includes customer service, knowledge, and just professionalism overall.

Very good service and answered questions very quickly
For all you Veterans out there I'm a Disabled Gulf War Veteran and have used my Va loan several time to buy homes and used other big name lenders but until I used Veterans United and my Loan Specialist Dan Hopkins I never knew the process could be so easy and way less stress on my part because Dan in my case took care of so much and made sure we had everything needed early on and not the last minute. So I always felt like I was in the loop and not running to get things I could have done much earlier if someone would do their job..
