The appraisal process was ridiculous. The appraisal took well over a month. The appraiser took 3 weeks to write up appraisal after doing the appraisal. He should not be in any rotation or used by your company. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of consideration for the seller and buyer in that part of the process could easily have you losing customers.
This is my second time with VUHL....That speaks for itself. Great company to do VA Home Loans with...I would do it again. Vets can feel at ease with them..Thanks again to Ashley and her team.
Andy was on top of things, also his co-worker Brandon. Answered all our questions,They worked very hard and made everything super easy; while guiding us through the entire process. Our realtor Amy jo was absolutely amazing, she made sure we had exactly what we wanted. Talked us through every little thing. If I ever was to buy another home, i wouldn't have anyone else!
