Mike and his team of professionals were able absolutely fantastic to work with! There was not a single moment when Mike and his team EVER left us confused or wondering what was happening with our home loan. They were constantly keeping us updated and in the loop of what was being done. Mike and his team were extremely conscientious and kept us completely at ease. Mike truly made us feel like family. On numerous occasions she answered my questions outside of business hours to help explain anything that was unclear or unfamiliar to me as a first time home buyer. Personal communication did not exist. Closing disclosures were all over the place for a month. Explanations of many topics never discussed. Incredibly disappointed.
