She help us so much , she work through some problem we run into. She kept us informed the whole time. She is amazing person. Thank you so much. She went out of her way multiple time to make sure we know what was going on.
Updates were infrequent by my agent and my insurance policy was not paid (normally paid from escrow), thereby causing my policy to be cancelled.

The staff at Veterans United are top-notch. Very professional, responsive, and customer oriented. I particularly liked their web site and how easy it was to review and upload documents while keeping abreast of the status.
My only suggestion would be to make better arrangements around holidays to help buyer’s and seller’s to accomplish tasks for the various time sensitive documents needed to complete the closing. Example: appraisal, inspections, docusign documents, etc... Overall, Veterans United provides a wonderful experience the only downfall was Christmas and the New Years Holidays getting in the way, do to vacations.
Outstanding job it was very easy from beginning to the end. Communication was great no complaints here.
So easy and so user friendly. Also was blown away when a personalized blanket showed up as a "housewarming" thank you gift. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and made the process so smooth! Highly recommend!
