My overall experience with Veterans United and everyone we had to deal with was pretty good. Communication became an issue the further we got into the process.
I was amazed at the initial inquiry, how fast they replied and got my pre-qualification amount. Then the communication through the website made the rest of the process clear on what was needed and going on. I even had to start over in part, when the first house had issues on the inspection. The whole process went smooth all the way through closing.

Veterans United Home Loans is outstanding. I was half way across the Pacific Ocean with a 5 hour time gap trying to look for a home. They hooked me up with a wonderful Realtor who was an expert with the VA loans and the local laws. My loan officer, Josh Kaplan, stayed late every night just to work on my VA loan. He genuinely cared about making sure all my needs were met as did my Realtor, Dwynette Meadows. I was made aware and fully informed of every step.
