His quick responses, consistent reassurance, and transparency all contributed to a dream process. This was the first time we bought a house and we were nervous, but he made the process seamless. We even closed early. As buyers, we made sure we did our part and turned everything requested in as quickly as possible. We 100% recommend not only Veteran’s United, but Craig Anderson as well. Veterans United is the leading VA loan company for a reason. They have a very helpful website and portal for filing documents and communicating with you but that doesn’t mean that you will never hear from your loan team. Ours communicated with us weekly and in some instances daily. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole experience about as easy as I could imagine it being.
Veterans United Home Loans gave Sue & I a really great rate. They explained the process and time lines and reasoning for covering all their bases, and because we follow their instructions was able to close ahead of time. The staff there were friendly, very helpful & informative!
