Veterans United worked for us. Everything went smooth from beginning to end. There was never any worries. There was nothing that came up last minute. We were clear to close weeks before closing date. All monies, interest rates , loan amounts and payouts remained the same the day of closing.

The experience was surprisingly swift and unexpected. Before I knew it while gathering all the information required had a closing date. For a first time home buyer, I was shocked and a little hesitant. I wasn't prepared for the efficiency at which all my business was handled. It took me!!! Without hesitation I can say financing with Veterans United is a dream come true for the borrower. Obtaining a Loan through Veterans United is like taking a walk in a park and stress free.
Veterans United made my home purchase quick and simple with no surprises. They linked my up with an excellent local agent. Overall great experience.
They advertise that they geared toward veterans but it seemed that they really didn’t have a clue of what the services are for veterans. Although the realtor was excellent she didn’t have any particular experience with our area. There had to be a lot of last-minute changes or last-minute information that had to be added or taken away on a regular basis as well as the forgetfulness of certain charges for closing were not applied. Their rates are not competitive either! Had we not been already halfway done with the process we would have went to another company. When we do sell and buy again we will not come back to veterans United.
