I have only worked with Lucas as my loan officer, so if everyone at Veterans United is as good as he is that's a blessing to everyone who uses their services. If I ever need to purchase another home and the loan would be financed through Veterans United and I would consult with Lucas for support in getting this done. He is one of the best because I have tried other services outside of Veterans United and it was not successful.
Veterans United and the team that I worked with was amazing for the whole loan process. We have hit many speed bumps throughout the process. Even though the closing date was suddenly shortened, making everything much more difficult and stressful. They made it work and pushed hard to make the short deadline that was given to them. I honestly thought it wasn’t going to work after the closing date was suddenly shortened but a miracle happened and everything worked out.

My expectations were exceeded by a billion miles.
Everything went so smoothly and easily getting our new home loan. Our team was great at communicating with us and answering all our questions. They checked in regularly to make sure we were doing ok, and offered their help with any concerns we had, even for things outside the loan that had to do with buying a new house. We just closed yesterday, and being able to sign some of the paperwork ahead of time on the App was also a great experience as it made the closing paperwork easier. Thank you for everything! I'd definitely go with Veteran's United again if we ever buy another place!
I cannot say enough good things about veterans United. I feel that their service was great understanding and made me feel very good about the whole process and I’m excited to see what other things that we end up doing together as I know that they leave the process open for me the entire time after closing.
