Would not recommend. I will recommend friends and co-workers to stay far away from this unaffiliated Veteran organization. No one especially a Veteran should be made to feel the way Chris Hill treated me for my business and my service.

This group will do what ever it takes to make your home buying or building experience happen. Not one time did I ever have a question that wasn’t answered in a timely manner. They are a great group of people to work with and always thanking me for my service. Which to be honest really makes me feel good knowing I have people who care about my family’s and my service. Always up beat l, positive, and willing to bend over backwards to help. I never plan on leaving my home I just built but plan on using them again I’m the future in hopes of building a shop. Just have to talk with Bill or Abby to see if that’s possible. If it’s not they will still do what ever it takes to get me the info I need to make it happen. Again my experience with building was overwhelming but this team really made the process smooth as can be. I couldn’t imagine having an easier time buying a home. The entire Veteran’s United team was exceptional! From preapproval to receiving our official loan package, post closing- everything was easy and quick. The team communicates with you via phone, text, and email literally every step of the way. I also loved having every detail in my MyVU portal. I would recommend Veteran’s United 11 times out of 10.
Fellow veterans!!! Veterans United Home Loans the place to get that VA loan for your 'perfect home'. The staff with whom we worked were thoughtful, courteous and professional. They kept us informed of the process, helped stay on task and encouraged throughout what is usually an arduous journey. They also recommended a local realtor to help with the selection process, and boy did they send us in the right direction; Suzi stayed with us and walked with us through the daunting chore of finding the 'perfect home'. Veterans United helped us obtain a loan for our 'perfect home'. The other lenders I was working with were slow to respond, and if I had relied upon them I would not have acquired the house I wanted. Kudos to all of them for being professional, efficient, proactive, and easy to work with.
