Nicole, my loan officer looked out for me every step of the way even advising me on opportunities to lock down the best rate possible on two separate occasions as they were coming down during my closing. The VU team worked quickly to close my mortgage loan during a very tight summer schedule following my move to a new work location. This helped me get my family of 7 out of paying for a hotel even sooner and into our new home. Nichole's diligence didn't just save us from paying more money out of pocket for s hotel but also from staying in the crowded hotel room longer than we had to. We were also able to reunite with our two oldest children and two dogs while they stayed with family 750 miles away during or closing. This was a very complicated process for me personally with my family's move across the state of Texas but Veterans United made it easier for me by taking the complexity out of my mortgage process.
