Last Year l start reading different comments on facebook about several home purchasing websites, than l saw VU. I began reading the many comments from others praising VU works. But what truly impact me about VU was when, and how VU respond to the people questions, and comments. they always gave a website with helpful information about their questions, them and their services. They was revealing everything up front what you need to know, do, and how about buying a home. For 3 months l would read their responds to other vets questions and comments. They were honest, caring, and concerned for every vet that had a question about buy a home. My experience with my loan officer was so poor that I intend to call VU's client experience advocate to voice my concerns. The ink isn't even dry on the purchase contract yet and I already regret choosing this lender. I will absolutely NOT recommend VU to anyone looking to purchase a house.
