I have heard horror stories about buying a house, and if all of them were as smooth as ours went, there would be no horror stories.
I am great full of the way our went, really kept us at ease.
Biggest thing is, if you guys know I'm active duty to ask for all those documents right away. Here ans there you would ask for them through out. Just ask right away makes life easier

Throughout my first home buying experience, Bob was just amazing. He knew what needed to be done and how it needed to be done (in the best way available). I felt comfortable reaching out and asking questions and he always responded almost immediately. I am glad he was our loan officer and I would definitely recommend him without a shadow of a doubt.
I would like to also mention Crystal.. She was and still awesome.. very polite, kind and very helpful.
