Sam was amazing! She was so professional and friendly. She answered all of our questions in a very timely manner and everything with the loan went as was originally explained. This was the easiest loan we have ever done. Everything went better than expected and service was amazing.
It was a joy to work with a great professional. Krystal prepared me for the initial loan process and then it was much easier to get through the process and ultimately we closed a week earlier than initially discussed. In the end we were able to close on a Friday and not have to waste a weekend waiting for Monday.. That was awesome. The whole process was relatively smooth. Being able to forward and sign docs on the web site helped tremendously too.
I would tell any veteran that is potentially going to buy a house to call Veterans United and speak to someone. Even if they think they might not qualify or if they have no idea about the process Veterans United was exceptional at explaining everything and quickly answered any questions or doubts I had.
