We did not know what to expect when it came time to buy our first home. We happened upon an add for Veteran's United and clicking that link was the best decision we could have made. From the pre-approval to closing, Veteran's United was with us every step of the way. Our VU account (which is amazingly easy to navigate and use), texts, and emails from VU kept us up to speed with all changes and "to-do" requirements. We were also set up with an agent who specializes in VA loans and he was incredible. He definitely knew his stuff and shared so much information with us. Buying our home was an amazing experience. We could not have done it, and been so successful, if it had not been for Veteran's United.

I would definitely recommend Veterans United to any prospective home buyer. The help and customer support I got from my loan officer was the best customer support I’ve ever had.
