I didn't think I would be a home owner. what started out as asking a few questions on where to start in the home buying process quickly turned into getting pre-approval to house hunting to making offers to closing. be upfront, honest,follow the steps and complete the to-do's in a timely manner and you can be living in your own home. something I thought would take me a couple years to get things together happened in 7 months.
My husband was treated horribly when he came home during and after his 3 tours of Viet Nam. As far as I know Ryan Madison was the first person to actually thank him for his service. His sincere respect, compassion, guidance, patience, and understanding helped us get through the process of buying and relocating to Kentucky.He and his staff went so far above and beyond anything we had experienced in trying to buy and finance property we both said several times to each other that the next problem would probably be the deal breaker and that never happened. They have our sincere gratitude for sticking with us through this process and we gladly recommend them to any Vet and family needing a mortgage.
For someone with VA in your name I would have thought you would have been a lot more personal and professional. When I do this process in the future I will be calling around to other lenders to see my best rates because yours was not. When I visited my lenders office I noticed very expensive cars in the parking lot that were owned by your loan officers. These officers are obviously spoiled by the market around here that they don’t feel the need to satisfy customer. I hope this survey will help others in the future.
