It's a slow process But hang in there the end result is great
Do not use this company at all. The experience I had was very terrible unsatisfactory and made lots of mistakes. They asked for several papers they already had . Loan officer disappears during the closing stage and gives it off to a first-time person to handle which incurred another 13 days past my closing date. I repeat DO NOT.... DO NOT use this company. Check with your real estate agent close to you and they can get you better service than this for sure. Very disappointed. ☹️☹️

I would ha da down recommend veterans United over any lender. Yes some in home builders offer some good incentives but, you know that you are getting the home appraised without the builder speaking with the actual person doing it. I know we got a great deal on the home with VU because the process started with honest people and ended with honesty.
Everybody we worked with here made this process so smooth and stress free. From day 1 to the day of closing they were with us every step of the way and were super respectful, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend working with these fine folk!
