The whole experience was delightful, I truly believe it was made that way mainly due to the professionalism of the team that was put together seemingly just for me. All my team had concise, I never needed to ask for clarification on anything they explained from A-Z the total process.
I appreciate everyone involved because everyone worked so hard in helping close on my home. I definitely felt that they were rooting for me from day one and made felt like they were in my corner. Mike Wilson and and the lending team was awesome because they were upfront about everything. My Real Estate agent Michelle, was great to work with. She definitely didn't hesitate to call me and inform of anything good or bad. Lauren was also great from the concierge team.
