I had a large trouble with many things and the closing of my house. Dave and Jeremy were there to help me through. They really busted their butts to make it happen for me and I’m very happy in my new home. Things are looking great for me and all things to the heart, their hard work And only too thank you.
Every part of the experience was better than expected. From the beginning it was explained how it would go and rough figures provided. The figures were accurate or better in our favor! They said it depended on our response timeliness and providing what was asked for would help us move along or slow us down. I've had car buying experiences that were by far worse. From getting pre-qualified to close was about a moths time. That included house hunting, inspection, appraisal, and land survey. Thank you so much!!!
