Overall, the this experience definitely gave a home-run hit. Everyone was responsive and quick to make sure we were able to close on time. You should give prospective home buyers a detailed list of minimum purchase requirements at the outset of the home buying process. We were caught off guard by the work we needed to get done and wound up closing late because of it.
