This is the second home I've purchased through Veteran's United, and they've been amazing both times. The paperwork was very easy to complete, it really took a lot of the typical home buying stress away. Both our loan officer, and the concierge, were amazing! Highly recommend!

I want to state that I have never bought a house before. I never had great credit and considered getting a house before. I filled out a form online to see if I can get prequalified for a home. Veterans United reached out to me and from start to finish has been the easiest process I could have imagined. The staff was communicative, They answered all of my very many questions with detail. I never felt lost or unsure. I will admit that it was scary how easy it was. I kept thinking " this cant be this easy. Surly something will go wrong." yet nothing was wrong. I was prepared for all the possible "Hiccups" that never occurred. I was given a choice in just about all the decisions that happened. I felt like they truly cared and wanted me to get the house of my dreams. 10/10 would recommend.
