My loan team was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my first time home buying questions and issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. They even remembered that me and my family love to travel and sent me a personal gift after closing!
We are so thankful for Veterans United, it was a great way to enter the world of home buying with the help of a VA loan which can be extremely stressful otherwise. VU was able to make everything simple and pair us with the right people to help us navigate the process and be there for us every step of the way.
There were some rare times where the timing would not match up for best communication. To no fault of anyone’s other than my odd work schedule and the time difference.

Overall experience was good, and the mortgage team was very helpful and explanatory throughout the home-buying process. However, there were some documents that got missed/didn't get sent over to me in time, and our closing got pushed from a Friday to a Monday due to a 3-day waiting period pertaining to the final appraisal review. Aside from that, I would recommend.
Veterans United is the best. If you are looking to buy, I highly recommend them. They go above and beyond.

The entire process was rapid, taking about 35 days from the initial offer to closing. It was done entirely online without needing to visit anyone's office. I recommended Veterans United to two of my coworkers, who are relocating back to the United States this summer.
