I would definitely give my homebuyer representative Kyle Upshaw 110% if I could because he not only came to my house to help me locate some paperwork but to see if I needed anything and his Office remembered my baby turtle and sent gifts. I am so grateful to him to help me by my house and I could not ask for a better selfless representative. He has made the home buying for this Veteran well worth the time we spent on this and I am very happy to purchase my home through him. in future if I come across any Veteran that is looking for a home to buy, I would definitely recommend Kyle Upshaw as a representative. As a former employer, Kyle Upshaw would be the definite person that I would hire to represent my company. I believe he is a true representative for the veterans home buying process.

The repeated struggle of resubmitting documents was frustrating, but when another lender refused to approve the loan, VA United did. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
