We chose Veterans United because they had a lot of good reviews. We however had a very poor experience. Everything was a hassle. No body ever knew anything. Our loan office handed us over to another point of contact and she was always without answers, always had to "check with her team". Paperwork and verifications were a hassle. We waited on a 3rd party verification that literally took weeks, when a final paystub should have been sufficient enough. Our closing date was moved 3x and 11 days past the original close date.
