Working with this team made the experience much more enjoyable. I didn't experience any bad attitudes. Any question or concern I had was addressed promptly. The team worked in sync to ensure I moved through the process as quickly as possible. I was kept informed of every phase of the process all the way up to closing. Everyone was so excited for me when I closed on 4/23/19. I highly recommend Veterans United and this loan team. Also, I must add...please do your part as an applicant to help keep the process running smoothly. Meaning, submit your documents in a timely manner and adhere to the advice of the loan team. Veterans United was a breeze to work with. Both loan officers with whom I worked were attentive, professional, and felt genuinely invested in helping guide me through the process. It was like going into the "big game" with a bunch of all-star teammates. They worked very well with my real estate agent as well. They understand military life and are experts in the terminology service members are used to. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
