The only bad part about Veteran’s United, is that I didn’t use them with my first home loan. They are outstanding to work with.
I was very hesitant purchasing a mortgage online, but I am glad I did. Veterans United and it’s staff are amazing. They made the process extremely transparent. I never had to guess about what to do next. All you have to do it log into your account and you will see a list of thing needed to be complete and suggestions on how to complete them. I am so glad I found this company.

Samantha is great. Compassionate, patient and very comforting throughout the entire process. I am glad I had her to help and guide me. Although her assistants may be qualified, Sam was instrumental in keeping me involved throughout this entire process. If it were not for her I would have gone elsewhere, or not involved/engaged at all Thank you Sam!!!!!

The title company did not promptly prepare the closing documents. They were two and a half hours late. I had to sign documents that were forgotten in the process 5 days later. We still haven’t received our money as of the writing of this review. I came to VU because of my previous loan working with Derek Kriegahauser. It was a good experience. This was not that experience. It was awful and I would turn prospective clients to a different orgamization.
