While I ultimately secured my home loan through VU, my experience was not without its challenges. The document signing and review process was satisfactory. However, I found the overall level of customer service lacking.Throughout the process, I often felt pressured to justify my financial situation, even after providing extensive documentation. The repeated requests for additional paperwork became unnecessarily burdensome and prolonged the process.While I appreciate VU's thoroughness, the experience left me feeling more like I was under scrutiny than a valued client. I believe there's room for improvement in terms of communication and client support to make the homebuying journey smoother for future borrowers.
