Tory Tuttle is like a diamond in the sand. Anyone lucky enough to find her as their loan officer it’s like walking on the beach and leaning over and seeing a diamond. But if you don’t notice the diamond, you’ll just walk right by it. So I hope that you’ll make sure to let her know how appreciated and valuable she is. It could’ve been easy for someone to look at my situation and just told me they couldn’t lend t
to me. But Tory, she worked with me for a couple years. When I first applied, I didn’t have everything I needed, but she put together a file for me. Had it sent to the side and when I got in touch with her later on, she still remembered me and still had my file. Then in the closing process, my ex-wife tried to sabotage my ability to buy a house by not providing the required legal forms on our old property, even though court ordered. Tory instead of saying we’re out of luck she found another way around it. We were able to use Equifax and the bank to verify the information we needed. I asked another loan officer if they had ever heard of that before and they had not. They told me if it would’ve been them. They would’ve told me I had to go back to court to get it fixed first. Now, instead of that, I have a house. I have a dream that I dream dreamed for 20 years. And it’s all because Tory Tuttle believed in me, waited for me and helped me in my hour of need. My Veterans United loan officer Greg went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with the purchase of my new home. Immediately after applying for the loan, Greg reached out within 5 minutes and I was preapproved within 15. I realized his exceptional, meritorious service when he returned all calls as promised. He made countless calls to my finance company, insurance company, etc often holding in queque for an hour or more at times and continued to return calls each and every time as promised. He distinguished himself as an extremely skilled and accomplished professional. He continued to make contact with all necessary agencies until the promised closing date was met, which in my mind was record time of only 3 weeks. Because of Greg I will tell anyone looking to purchase a home with a quality loan company to look no further than Veterans United.
Need more detailed list of paperwork needed. Example...pest inspection, let people know you need the report for all detached buildings on property as well as the home. Those take time to schedule and having to schedule an additional appointment for a revision takes time.
