I was more than impressed with veterans united and our team. A couple of years ago I wanted to buy a house but my credit was not where I needed it to be. They assigned me to an agent to help me get my credit score up. After some effort in making that happen, I was finally qualified to buy a home and reached out to get the process started. The entire process was as smooth as it could possibly be. I had an amazing team that each did an amazing job with each of their respective parts, and not only were they polite and friendly, they were also extremely helpful. They recommended a top quality real estate agent who knew his stuff and showed us some houses that were in our lane. No way I could have navigated all of these complexities on my own, so having them walk me through each step and let me know when I needed to do something was invaluable. I couldn’t ask for a better team and would 1000% recommend them to any veteran wanting to use the VA home loan to buy a home.

Let me start off by saying that I opened and closed this process within the same month. I’m kind of a fast working fella and I like to get things done. Chris and his team at veterans United shared that same characteristic. They stayed on pace and even exceeded my expectations on almost every front. I told them how fast I wanted to go and they met me right at my pace. There was also little to no confusion during the process. I am a first time home buyer so I had my learning curves, but they were gracious and kind whenever I got frustrated and confused.
