I was blown away by the level of customer service from day 1. I started this process not knowing if I could qualify for a home loan. This was something I knew my family needed. I did not qualify at first, but instead of just pushing me aside, they enrolled me in the Lighthouse program. At this point I had a a dedicated individual, who walked me through step by step what I needed to do to qualify in the future. After what seemed like a short period of time, I got a call saying my FICO scores were now qualified and they started the process. From start to finish it was about 43 days. My family and I found our absolute dream home with exactly everything we wanted. The happiest day of my life was closing day. Also the Veterans United website that you have access to explains everything in detail. Everything my lending team asked me to do was right there. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I cant say it enough, but Thank you Veterans United, and Thank you Mike Dianics and Erin Jensen.
