Haley, Lauren, and Amy were all very knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to ask any questions that came to mind and were never treated less for asking simple questions. They were quick to respond and clarify any information. Ken helped ensure that we got the house we wanted before anyone else could snatch it up. Definitely a great experience and we would use anyone in this team again.
He was phenomenal from start to finish. Always touched base and kept me informed. Very good interpersonal communication to assure that I understood literally every part of the process. He was always available for questions and prompt I his response. The amount of time, effort, and attention he put into helping me get where I needed was above and beyond. He was true to helping me meet the goals I laid out without influencing me I other directions. Rather he provided all possibilities and helped me streamline my plans. Amazing experience all around. I reached out to them after experiencing issues with my initial lender, and they quickly provided assistance and facilitated my home purchase within a tight timeline. They were proactive in addressing any concerns, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Their professionalism and dedication is exceptional and impressive. I would absolutely work with them again in the future!
The only downside I can think of would be the time difference from my team on the west coast and me on the east coast. I know it's not feasible right now but maybe consider inthe future opening a branch office in the east somewhere.
When we started this process to purchase a home, we were intimidated by all the horror stories we read online. We did a lot of research on which lender to go with and who we should have as a realtor. I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. Andy and I were in contact several times throughout the entire process. I have a job where I was able to call Andy or take a call from him pretty much anytime without any hassle from my boss. My boss knew of the process and und understood there would be times where I need to be on the phone during working hours, and he never had an issue with it. Andy and his team did an exceptional job taking care of me and getting this done.
Veterans United will forever be my go to when it comes to purchasing a home. They treated me like family and were always there when I had questions as a first time home buyer. Even when we had a few issues with paperwork, they worked tirelessly alongside me to get things resolved. Highly recommended to all veterans!

I will never recommend using veterans united to anyone ever. I will be trying to refinance as soon as possible with anyone else. We purchase our first home with rough veterans united and this was not the same experience.

For anyone out there wanting to get a home loan through the VA, this team was the best. I had no prior knowledge of how this all worked. They made sure to hold my hand throughout the process. They made sure I understood what was going on and who I needed to work with. They let me know of any extra options I might be interested in, such as, home security systems. 10 out of 10 ratings from me.
This team made our loan process the easiest we have ever experienced. They are great folks always willing to help!
