Thanks to Karol and her crew this was the easiest home loan I have ever done. The VA loan with conventional lenders is like speaking Martian, In a short period of time we had the loan headed to closing. The only critizem would be the underwriters its like a black hole when it enters.

Working with Veterans United was a very pleasant experience, every single time I had a question they would get back to me in a timely manner and with a satisfactory answer. The part that I loved the most was being able to do everything from my phone when I wasn’t home, their website is well organized and easy to find stuff. Another good thing was that when it comes to a lot of paperwork VU would send me paperwork to complete once it was needed, I didn’t have all those items waiting in my inbox, it would probably drive me desperate if i had so many of then just sitting there.
