We were weeks into the process of closing on our home through the local bank. They told us we couldn't get another VA loan yet and we took them at their word. Our down payment was going to be super high and our interest rate was atrocious. I was google searching the VA loan issue when I discovered Veterans United. The rate we were quoted through Veterans Unites was substantially better and down payment was up to us with a VA loan, so we started the process over. Jared and Kim worked hard to make up for lost time and we were able to close in a matter of a few weeks! We saved money on closing and our payments are lower, and the team did an outstanding job working against the clock!
