Best experience ever! Ted, Crystaline & Michael were experienced, knowledgeable and informative. They all let me know what to expect every step of the way. I tried to get all their docs and info to them asap and they did the same. I never not knew what would happen. They always kept me up to date throughout entire process. This is our 3rd and final home and was completely simple and stress free...even for a new build!

Overall the process was simple. Any item that was needed was easy to upload. I had every question answered immediately. If my loan team wasn’t available by phone, I would email and get a reply back within an hour or two. Overall the process was fantastic!
Jaclyn Shaw was amazing as well. She was timely with her responses and knew which documents would satisfy each requirement immediately.
