Overall it was a great experience. Everything went pretty smooth a few hick ups with VOR but other then that this was a great experience easy and friendly people who truly want to help you achieve your goals
Amanda that oversaw and did a ton of work for underwriting is amazing. She was fantastic to work with. The level of effort and professionalism she showed as far above average. She is a huge asset to Veterans United. Not to say the other guys are good, but Amanda had some hoops to clear and little time to do it. The sellers realtor was very interested in how we closed so fast. He sounded like he would be an advocate for Veterans United too.
I am still in shock that buying a home could be so easy and done in less than 30 days. These folks know how to make things happen even if it seems impossible they find a way .They handle everything all the way down to switching mail address,getting utilities,home security. IF ANYONE IS CONCERNED ABOUT BUYING A HOUSE,FEARS,STRESS,NEED FULL SERVICE TEAM WHO KNOWS HOW TO GET YOU READY TO BUYA HOME THEN TAKE YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS IN RECORD TIME THROUGH CLOSING ON A HOME AND EVEN THERE FOR YOU GETTING YOU MOVED,UTILITIES,MAIL CABLE,INTERNET ...ALL DONE FOR YOU..VETERANS UNITED IS WHO YOU NEED.....0IF YOU THINK YOU CANT BUY A HOME ... I am so happy to have had the opportunity to work with Veterans United. I did not come across one person during my buying process who did not exemplify excellent customer service. Daniel, my loan officer, was outstanding!!! He followed up with me often, communicated every step of the process and made sure to always call with a solution or two to any problems faced. I highly recommend him and Veteran United!

Your phone tree for bill pay. Is terrible. I am very capable of calling, speaking, and understanding questions and have no disabilities. Yet, your phone tree was not user friendly and did not have a good process. In todays age, people who call in is because we want to speak with someone or have easier access to deeper questions that are not a simple look up online. Your phone tree has me repeating representative/help numerous times over and over and then I still was being sent to other parts of the phone tree system, For someone who works with disabled individuals and veterans, this is unacceptable and needs to have a better easier way to get through. I am not a phone tree engineer, but it needs to get looked at, or your customers are not going to get things addressed in a timely manner. It may seem like a mild inconvenience to someone who is abled, but someone who isn’t as “able”. It’s unacceptable. Ty
