Extremely easy process, communication from Veterans United was well above expected. This was our third home purchase and the first time we used Veterans United. I’ve been a USAA member for over 20 years and used them for our first 2 home purchases. We were not satisfied with our last home purchase with them so decided to try something different on this home. Veterans United is an extremely organized company. The loan process takes time and it’s not going to happen overnight; but they have a great website for you to stay on top of all the requirements!
