Communication was great up until receiving the pre-approval. After that, various emails and calls were made and there would be no response until 3 days after, half of the time no response at all. There were documents that were overlooked multiple times, causing us to scramble for them. There was no sense of urgency when it got close to closing time, and especially NO urgency after the closing date was missed. It felt like we were doing the jobs for everyone else. We will never use Veteran's United again. As a company who specializes in helping Veteran's, we did not feel helped or appreciated. Customer relations had to be contacts three times due to the lack of urgency, quality customer service, and communication from Crystal Remmel, Rick Bridgman, and Nyk Farris.

I can not express enough how satisfied I am with Veterans United. I am a first time home buyer and they made my home buying experience way easier than I anticipated. I would/will recommend Veterans United to anyone who is a veteran and wanting to buy a home home.

Veterans United was incredible from pre approval to closing. If your blessed to get Jeff Gordon in Missouri, your in great hands. Jeff and Ryan really knocked it out of the park. My agent even was amazed how responsive and reactive they were. Call them first you will not be disappointed.
