My personal loan specialist made the process of buying my home a lot easier than I ever expected it would be.
I would suggest you find a lender who don’t have to handle so many loans at the same time, these people are too busy and will not make you the priority. I was told they close about 5,000 loans a month, plus closing cost are too expensive. There are other choices out there, just my recommendation.

I liked how easy Veterans United made the home loan process from beginning to end. There was always someone to help me if I needed them. Also, it was great having the portal. It ‘streamlined the process having everything online. Especially the ‘to do’ checklist & being able to reference other documents in my account.
We were called immediately after asking for info and 1 1/2 months later we were in a home. They definitely work with you.

Veterans United made it possible for us to own the home of our dreams. My veteran home loan experience with Veterans United proved to be far above my expectations! I am very satisfied with the VU process and successful outcome of buying my third home. The strength of the VU program rests with their knowledgeable associates and the VU Portal. The use of their electronic mortgage portal was ideal for me because my Active Duty work schedule limited my time to visit a brick and mortar mortgage office. The electronic method saved time, gas and inherently facilitated constant communication between myself and my loan officer. Priceless! Aaron Swanner was amazing! He and the other members at Veteran's United made buying our forever home extremely easy. We were guided the entire time. Even though we had lots of questions, Aaron always took the extra time to make sure everything was answered. This is why they are rated #1 for VA loans.
Overall everyone was mostly great. There were a few times when we were frustrated due to unreturned calls and misinformation from our loan specialist but everyone else was really nice and very fast.
