Mr. Beahan took the time to reach out to me, by phone, for a decent length of time one day regarding some concerns I had with the loan. In a world of timelines and busy schedules, that meant a lot. I found my experience to be not only pleasant, but efficient due to their endeavours.
My loan specialist Ryan Griggs was the very best - the underwriting dept was not so much.
Very slow took over 120 days to close. Gave us multiple closing dates and cost us a lot of money and heartache
