Veterans United made the home buying experience stress free for us as first time home buyers. I was well informed throughout the entire process and really enjoyed the learning tools that they provide on their website, I learned so much from those videos. Every time I had any questions or felt the slightest bit of anxiety my loan officer was there for me, she got back with me almost immediately every single time I e-mailed her even when she was on vacation! My husband and I had been putting off buying a home because we have watched so many friends and family members struggle through the process- we weren't even sure we wanted to give it a try, but I am so happy we did. We didn't experience any of the troubles that we had watched other people go through when buying a house. My husband was deployed when I started this entire process and I was afraid that would cause issues, but VU never let that hurdle get in the way. The entire process from pre-approval to closing day took less than 3 months for us! We were lucky enough to close on the original closing day which was the day we picked, so I thought that was amazing! Our loan team worked hard and really quick to make sure that we were ready to close when we wanted to. I honestly could go on and on about how happy we are with Veterans United, but I will end by saying I highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a home!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Veterans United. Both our Loan Specialist and Real Estate Agent did a great job answering all our questions in a timely fashion. We were new to the area and needed an agent who was familiar with the neighborhoods. We are glad that we decided to go with Veterans United. First I would just like to thank Veterans United Home Loans and everyone that I have worked with from the entire home buying experience. This starts with Jamie Hughes which is the first person I talked to to begin everything. I would also thank Kristen Fisher for the fast process to get everything in order to get the pre-approval which only took about a week once I provided what I needed to. This was our first home we ever bought and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better company or better employees that worked on my loans to include Military United (insurance). I heard of big of a pain it was to buy a house but to be honest this wasn’t a pain at all, a long process but this is understandable and didn’t expect anything less. Again thank Jamie for getting my wife and I through the process and thank Veterans United and giving us our first home.
