As a first time home buyer. I was pleased with the process. Veterans United made it easy, and my assigned specialist made sure that I understood each step. I would recommend them for any Veteran looking to buy a home.
Everyone should know that veterans United stated they only keep 30 to 40% of all mortgages they close on and the other percent get bought out by third-party lender’s. Milo got bought out by a company with over 500 one star reviews and multiple complaints and I have to Be charged to pay my mortgage should I choose to pay it at the time of my choosing I would recommend doing business locally it is not worth the headache to go through veterans United they are nice people but they’re out to make money and that’s what they did.

Veterans United is not set up to keep all loans for the long term, though we are working towards that goal, and in the meantime, we only work with servicers that we have a good working relationship with, which allows us to work together in case of any concerns regarding your loan. A loan servicing transfer in no way is a reflection on your loan or how much we value you as a customer of Veterans United Home Loans.
We understand there can be questions surrounding a loan transfer to a new company, and we want to emphasize that Veterans United staff are still here to support you with assistance if needed.
My wife and I was and still is impressed with the customer service and help in buying our first home using Veterans United services. The care and respect given to veterans is platinum. They seem to care for the whole veteran and not just a number. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and if I had a question it was not a bother them if I called several times a day or throughout the week. And I fill that we had the best team Veteran United has. Awesome is defined as extremely impressive or daunting; inspiring great admiration, apprehension, or fear. BUYING A HOUSE IS A VERY SCARY PROCESS. CARA CHAMBERLAIN WALKED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE THING AND DID EVERYTHING SHE COULD TO ENSURE THAT MY LOAN WAS APPROVED, PROCESSED, FUNDED AND CLOSED.

They make the process of obtaining a home loan easy. Every Question I had was answered and every step of the process was explained. I recommend anyone, especially a VA loan customer use their services.
Working with Veterans United, ask your questions. Tell them you concerns. Be open with them, what you like and dislike. When they tell you, they needs something from you get it to them as soon as possible because it is in your best interest. They are working for you, looking out for what is best for you in the end. They are getting you to your closing without any problems or delays. Its will payoff in the end in your favor when you received the keys to your new home.
I had an incredibly positive expierience with United Veterans Home Loans & have already had a family member close with them on my recommendation., who also had a wonderful experience. I woyld recommend UV to anyone looking to buy. Infact, we bought a new build and my experience with UV was so positive that Ivturned down the builder's lender no matter what incentives they tried to offer to woo me away. Even money couldn't get me to leave the competance and connection we had with UV

There is a fee for using VA home loans but it's worth it.
As a vet, I appreciate efficiency and clear directions. Veterans United ensures that busy veterans are kept apprised of every step in the refinance process and each employee that I have spoken to were courteous and knowledgeable.
Very major problem with the VA inspector, not sure if incompetent, three re- inspections had to be done. Closing date extended 3 times.
