The whole process was great. This was my first experience buying a home. I knew it'd be stressful but the people I worked with at Veterans United and the Veterans United app really made this a pleasant experience. My whole team was amazing. I had an issue with my credit report having some errors, Erinn when above and beyond of what I expected of her and got it all fixed when she probably didn't have too. Deloris added a welcome personal touch to the whole experience, even just calling to check in and talk. Our original closing date just happend to land on my birthday and she even mailed me a birthday pie in the mail. I would happily work with each and every one of them again.
