I was very nervous going in this process! luckily shane made it so simple and easy. Long process but shane is very personable and it's almost like talking to a close friend. I would text him on the weekends and after normal hours, and he'd be there as soon as he can with a text back. I'd definitely recommend him to all family and friends!
