The only issue we had was that throughout the process after being pre-approved for our loan they didn't ask about down payments while we were planning on making one. But it was quickly. Resolved before the closing day!

The entire experience, from beginning to end (well, from beginning of the loan process to the beginning of our life in our new home) was outstanding!
Not impressed with the lack of attention to detail of reviewers(not sure of title). Person missed that there was a problem with the legal description on the appraisal(done in mid-May) until 2 days before closing(June 28th). Closing had to be moved to June 29th.
