Absolutely the worst experience. Everybody listed on the "MY-TEAM" portal feels like they are actively trying to avoid you. When trying to contact them, no matter the time of day, you'll never get through to someone; you'll have to leave a voicemail every time. communication sucks, and your account is handled by everyone in their office. You don't have a dedicated team, and they do not care about deadlines; you'll have to stay on top of them if you're concerned about deadlines. Furthermore, your account will be handled by so many people that you become just a number/ quota to the point they're confusing you with other people and lie about your first mortgage payment date. I will never use Veterans United again.

Veterans United were a necessary addition and would recommend their ability to be ability to understand and work with the VA.

Yes, I would definitely recommend the team I had to help me maneuverer through the homebuying process. If I had to do it over again, I would want the same team. Phenomenal team, they made buying out first house so easy and painless even with some minor setbacks.
This has been one hell of a journey for my daughter and I but Veterans and ALL of their staff i feel went above and beyond to get us in or home. From helping me step by step with my credit to getting all the paperwork that was needed. After hours calls to emails they are very prompt at responding and giving you positive advise. Great Service and the portal made the process very easy to understand and meet suspense.
Pre approval process was great. However, once the mortgage approval began, communication was practically non existent. Information sent was overlooked and had to reinforce to team to actually look at the documents actually sent. Total communication failure!
