If I could go back I wouldn’t go through Veterans United. After finding a new realtor and talking to others I learned that my experience wasn’t the only horror story. The paperwork and approval was easy; all of the things that didn’t require human contact/communication.

Veteran’s United went above and beyond on making our home purchase a success. They were available at all times, no matter what was going on. Every person we worked with made us feel like family/friends instead of just another customer. They acted like they genuinely wanted to help us, and they genuinely cared for us on a personal level. I have never been treated with such kindness from a company as I was from Veteran’s United. I would recommend them for any Veteran looking to purchase a home.

Veterans United is a TERRIFIC company that really does understand and support veterans needs! I have used them twice for a home purchase and both times were beyond excellent!! I would highly recommend Veterans United to any Vet that wishes to become a homeowner. From the outside looking in it appears to be an overwhelming confusing complicated process but after the first phone call you are treated like family and given very clear concise instructions and guidance for every single step.
