Again, nice work, competitive rates and would recommend. But see above comments and work on notifying all parties earlier in the process if it doesn’t look like it will close on time per the contract. Moves are difficult to manage so a heads up farther out will help all parties involved.
Fairly easy application process and online document submission makes providing required information easy. What is frustrating is fairly draconian requirements for bank account verification of closing costs- I was forced multiple times to "prove" I had a certain amount of money in bank ahead of time for closing, was given a specific number I "had" to have or closing wouldnt happen then the final number was much lower and I was left scratching my head. Oh and they never told me I couldnt use a personal check until 2 hours before the title company was showing up to take the money and my bank is out of state. After I was hounded for proof I had the money I was treated as untrustworthy byt VU and the title company.

If you are looking to buy a house and are able to use the VA benefits. This is the only place to go, they make it the easiest process ever. You can literally do it all online. Take pictures of what is needed and upload it to your account. They possibly can’t make it any easier. They will blow you away with the help and service they provide. I had no idea what to do when I first called and 3 months later I am a home owner. Thanks to Brandon and Eric, and the rest of their team.
