Shannon Brown was absolutely a pleasant to work with. She always answered my calls and emails promptly. She definitely deserves a shout out.
Cole proved to be a great asset in navigating the process. Asli, left much to be desired. There were multiple instances of misinformation, confusion (on her part) as to how the process should progress, and overall Cole found ways to assist and move things forward while Asli's competency was questionable.
