Although I was very pleased with my loan specialist I was frustrated once the loan went to underwriting. We had provided all the information requested in a timely manner but they continued to ask for more and more information and the loan was delayed because of their requests from our home owner's insurance company. The underwriters seemed to have some requirements that were way beyond necessary for a loan that was well below the appraisal value of our house. I understand that some of this is because it was a VA Loan but it was still frustrating when we had met all the conditions. If I were to recommend Veteran's United to others I would brag on the specialist but warn others to expect delays with underwriting.

They handled our loan process very efficiently. They made it simple, and they always were always available to answer questions.

Our situation wasn't quite like everyone elses. We had money to put down so we aren't really sure if we should have even went with a VA loan. I do believe Veterans United would be a good company for families with no money to put down on a home. The loan process can be demanding expecially when the borrowers have a military backround that required a lot of moving and changing of jobs. Explaining everything got to be frustrating, but I get it so we just kept going. Overall the expience was fine and everyone worked with us the best they could. Hopefully the rest of our expience paying off the loan goes good. We would recomend Veterans United to our Military friends and family based off of our expirience.
Great company, works their ass off to help you get what you want.
100% recommend VU, Chris Primmer and his entire team. They were always available to me, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience and it was completely seamless. My 45 day escrow shortened to 30 days and they were able to accommodate that and get my in my home! Thank you so much for everything! I get my keys today!
Great job, very patient without the process, wasn’t pressure into making any decisions along the way. I would recommend Veterans United to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.
They were fast, easy and courteous. and I love the welcome Mat they sent to our new home. Everything was smooth, no waiting even though it does take 30 days we had a good experience with our loan team
I stumbled onto Veterans United on a realty website - it is a happy accident that I found them! The process was so easy, I often wondered if it was too good to be true. I definitely recommend working with them, and I am already spreading the word to my friends and family!

This company paid off in spades. We were lucky to have a great company in our corner. Veterans United sent gift packages, making our kids have a soft transition. VU has great employees and great representatives for their reputation. I have nothing bad to say about the company. I think they work hard to your benefit, they speak to you plainly, and they have your best interest in mind. 100% if I get a house in the future, I will only go through them.
The whole loan process was pretty painless. We had more trouble getting documents from other people than what we had with Veterns United. We were actually able to close it 30 days!
