I think that the V.A. well water test is not necessary for people who are just refinancing their home, selling it , yea ok i get it, otherwise no.

Communication is very important especially to the veteran applicant. Never assume that they know what you're talking about and at times neither do other real estate agents. Always provide communication.
I have used Veterans United Home Loans for both of my home purchases. The second time around started off on the wrong foot. I don't think the loan officer that was assigned to us was a good fit. Eventually, we got switched to Jerry Landrey and it was an amazing experience. Jerry got our loan to the closing table in 26 days.
