Would recommend this agency to all veterans to obtain a home. Veterans are the ones, through their services, that are key to our freedom and keeping America great. They defended our country and deserve to obtain part of the "American Dream" to own their own homes.
The one and only negative thing I have to say is it would've been nice to know about the VA fee ($3,000) up front instead of in the middle of the process and I also didn't know my interest rate wasn't able to be bought down until the morning of closing when I called. Other than those things, Billy Stange did an outstanding job by walking me through the processes and explained everything exceptionally well and made sure to answer all of my questions in detail to make sure I understood every little thing. I will recommend Billy Stange to anyone. Billy definitely takes care of his clients.
