My only complaints would be that at times, it was hard to get a hold of the people assisting me, and that the concierge that was assigned to help me set up all of the utilities was not very timely! After the initial email, he did not get back to me until about a week after we moved into the new house.

We’re so glad we chose Veterans United to help us with financing our loan. I did a comparative shopping for loan rates from the start, and the quote we got from VU was the best in the market. Our loan officer Nick was truly amazing with walking us through the application process and managing our expectations. He answered all our questions and concerns and provided valuable information and insight, which helped us make decisions we felt was the best for our family. Morgan our Transaction Coordinator was very responsive and terrific in keeping us on track with all the paperwork needed especially during the holidays. And last, but not the least, our real estate agent Jennifer who was referred by VU provided us nothing, but outstanding service. She and her husband spent many hours with us to look at houses at the last minute during the holidays and answered all our calls and questions sometimes even late in the evenings. The real estate agent is very familiar with the VA loan process and guided us through the tough negotiation and bargaining process phase. We got almost everything that we wanted in the negotiation. We were always informed on where we were in the process and provided us with the latest update via telephone call, e-mail, or text as soon as it becomes available. I will definitely share to all my friends who are veterans that they should consider Veterans United first when thinking about buying their next home as it may be one of the best decisions they’ll ever make in their lives.
