Despite the stress inherent in buying a home, Veterans United makes the loan process less stressful. The secure site is wonderful for document uuploads. The loan officer anticipated our needs and potential issues and addressed them proactively.
Veterans United did an excellent job of making buying a house very low stress. They do a great job of keeping first time buyers like myself on track and organized. The two ladies I worked with were very friendly and organized. The real estate agent they assigned to me was also organized and professional. Although I don’t have much experience with buying houses, I can’t imagine any other company being as efficient, organized, or professional as Veteran United.
